Mayor Jackie Weathers will soon launch a citizen survey to help better understand customer service in all city departments. Mayor Weathers is committed to customer service and wants to know how well we are doing and to identify any needed improvements.
Look for the online survey to be posted on elktonky.com next week. A paper survey will also be posted online and one will be mailed to every Elkton Utility customer with their August 23rd utility bill. If you prefer to submit a paper survey, you can return the survey with your utility payment, mail it separately to City Hall, PO Box 578, Elkton, KY 42220, or drop the survey in the after hours drop box in the foyer at City Hall, 71 Public Square.
