You can now pay your Elkton Utilities bill online! The city has established an online payment service so that customers can pay their bill online. The link to pay your bill is under the Utilities section under the Departments link located HERE.
The transaction fee for using this service will be added to the amount you owe Elkton Utilities. You will have a chance to see how much the service fee is before confirming payment. Usually, the fee is smaller if you are using a debit card and a little higher when using a credit card. Also, different credit card companies charge different rates.
