Proposed Changes to the Text of Zoning Ordinance
The City of Elkton Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, June 8, 2017 at 7:00 PM at Elkton City Hall, 71 Public Square, Elkton, Kentucky, to hear comments regarding proposed changes to the text of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Elkton. A copy of the proposed amendments will be presented at the hearing.

Zoning and Comprehensive Plan Amendments Upon Annexation
The Elkton Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, June 8, 2017 at 7:00 PM at Elkton City Hall, 71 Public Square, Elkton, Kentucky to hear comments regarding the adoption of any comprehensive plan amendments and make recommendations as to the zoning or other land use regulations which will be effective for the following property upon its annexation: Approximately 1.00 acres adjacent to Helping Hands Health Clinic, Inc. DBA Blount Rural Health Center located at 810 South Main Street, all of which is adjacent to the current corporate limits of Elkton.
