El Crucero en la plaza pública in downtown Elkton hosted by the Todd County Welcome Center will be held on the 4th Saturday of every month starting in April and going through October. All kinds of cars, trucks, and special interest vehicles are welcome! Free parking on Public Square from 4 pm to 8 pm.
