Board of Adjustment Hearing and Special Meeting

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND SPECIAL MEETING

The City of Elkton Board of Adjustment has received a request for a Dimensional Variance from Gayla and Billy Shanks for property located at 504 S Main Street, Elkton, Kentucky. A Dimensional Variance is a deviation from the dimensional requirements of the Zoning Ordinance pertaining to height, width, or location of structures and setbacks.

A Public Hearing and Special Meeting will be held on Thursday, October 3, 2019 at 6:00 PM at Elkton City Hall, 71 Public Square, in the Conference Room to consider this request.
