This year, Trick-or-Treating in the City of Elkton will be held from 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM.
✨ Don’t forget – the Departamento de policía de Elkton will be handing out FREE glow sticks to help keep our little ghouls and goblins safe while they enjoy the night!
