Reminder that you can pay a 2% discount if paid by October 31st. Between November 1st and January 2nd you pay the base amount. Beginning January 3rd, there is a 2% penalty added to he bill. And, beginning February 1st there is a total of 10% penalty added to the bill.<\/p>\n<p>You also now have the option to pay your property tax bill online at www.elktonky.com and select the &#8220;Pay Online&#8221; button and then &#8220;City Payment Portal.&#8221; There is a convenience fee added for credit and debit card payments, but there is no charge for paying with e-check.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>City property tax bills are currently being mailed.
