Las ofertas se abrir\u00e1n en ese momento y se presentar\u00e1n al Ayuntamiento para su revisi\u00f3n el lunes 10 de noviembre de 2014.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">Las ofertas deber\u00e1n sellarse en un sobre claramente etiquetado con \u201cOferta de superficie de asfalto\u201d y enviarse por correo o entregarse personalmente a la ciudad de Elkton, City Hall, PO Box 578, 71 Public Square, Elkton, KY 42220. No se aceptar\u00e1n ofertas por fax.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;\">La ciudad de Elkton se reserva el derecho de aceptar cualquier oferta, rechazar alguna o todas las ofertas y renunciar a cualquier tecnicismo o informalidad en la oferta o en las ofertas recibidas, cuando dicha aceptaci\u00f3n, rechazo o renuncia se considere en el mejor inter\u00e9s de la ciudad.
