There are two different programs that fall under Healthy at Home Utility Assistance:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Healthy at Home Utility Assistance Crisis Program:<\/strong> Clients must be at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level and provide a past due, disconnect or proof of a payment plan with the utility company. Clients can receive up to $500 in assistance.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Healthy at Home Utility Assistance Subsidy Program:<\/strong> Clients must be at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level; however, they are NOT required to provide a past due, disconnect or proof of payment plan. Eligible clients will receive a $500 benefit to be used on future bills.
