Specifications and bid form may be picked up at City Hall\, 71 Public Square\, Elkton\, Kentucky during normal business hours of 7:30 am to 4:00 pm\, Monday through Friday\, or by contacting City Hall at 270-265-9877 or by visiting www.elktonky.com.\nContractor must be pre-qualified to do work for the Commonwealth of Kentucky\, Transportation Cabinet\, Department of Highways\, for work to be performed. \nBids shall be sealed in an envelope clearly labeled with “Asphalt Surfacing Bid” and mailed or hand delivered to City of Elkton\, City Hall\, PO Box 578\, 71 Public Square\, Elkton\, KY 42220. No facsimile bids will be accepted. Bids shall be submitted on the bid form provided in the specifications and will be accepted until Tuesday\, October 29\, 2019 at 10:00 AM.
