There will be a special meeting of the Elkton City Council held on Thursday, September 10, 2020 at 6 PM at the Welcome Center, 1 Public Square. This is being held as a special meeting on the regular meeting night due to relocating the meeting to the Welcome Center in order to maintain social distancing guidelines due to COVID-19.
