At approximately 1:30 in the afternoon on Monday August 21, 2017 our area will experience a total solar eclipse. Estimates vary widely as to the impact of this event on local communities. Therefore, Todd County Emergency Management is hosting a public information meeting about the eclipse on Thursday, May 4, 2017 at 6:00 PM at the Todd County Courthouse.
