The Elkton Planning Commission is in the process of updating their Comprehensive Plan for the City of Elkton. They will be holding a Public Hearing to discuss the full Plan on March 14, 2013 at the City Hall offices located at 71 Public Square, Elkton, Kentucky at 7:00 PM. A draft copy of the Plan is available for public review at City Hall during normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm), at the Todd County Public Library located at 302 East Main Street in Elkton, or online at www.elktonky.com.
