There will be a reception for retiring Elkton Police Chief Bruce Marklin on Friday, August 23rd at Elkton City Hall, 71 Public Square, from 12:30 pm to 2:00 pm. The public is welcome to attend to honor and thank Chief Marklin for his 25 years of service to the city. Cake and punch will be served.
