NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND SPECIAL MEETING
The City of Elkton Board of Adjustment has received a request for a Dimensional Variance from Gayla and Billy Shanks for property located at 504 S Main Street, Elkton, Kentucky. A Dimensional Variance is a deviation from the dimensional requirements of the Zoning Ordinance pertaining to height, width, or location of structures and setbacks.
A Public Hearing and Special Meeting will be held on Thursday, October 3, 2019 at 6:00 PM at Elkton City Hall, 71 Public Square, in the Conference Room to consider this request. Any comments, either oral or written, will be given consideration. Contact the Elkton Board of Adjustment at Elkton City Hall at 270-265-9877 for additional information.
