4. Public Hearing – Conditional Use Permit, Dale Hughes – The city of Elkton has received a request from Dale Hughes for a Conditional Use Permit for operation of a day care center in an R-2 Medium Density Residential District on property located at 302 W McReynolds Dr in Elkton. 
5. Decision Regarding Conditional Use Permit
