• Adoption of any comprehensive plan amendments and make recommendations as to the zoning or other land use regulations which will be effective for approximately 1.000 acres situated just west of the City Limits of Elkton being 1.3 miles, more or less, northwest of downtown Elkton, said tract being generally located north of Jefferson Davis Highway, south of B. White Road, east of, and adjacent to Beckam Road, and west of Commerce Street.
