The Todd County Community Alliance has announced the schedule for HarvestFest 2013, held in Elkton, Kentucky from Thursday, October 3rd to Saturday, October 5th. This annual events brings thousands of people to Elkton for the final Elkton Bike Night on Thursday night, Cruise In and free concert on Friday night, and street festival with all kinds of vendors on Saturday and much more.
