Elkton Utilities Resuming Disconnect November 16th

Dear Elkton Utility Customer:

Elkton Utilities will resume normal disconnect practices on November 16, 2020.

Current balances will be subject to disconnect on bills with a due date on or after November 6. Late charges will continue to be waived through December 31, 2020.

Any customer with past due balances, who cannot pay their account in full prior to November 16, will be offered a 6-month payment plan to assist with keeping the utilities on. Customers must continue to pay their current bill on time over the 6-month period to avoid disconnect. At any time, you can pay the amount due in full or make additional payments to clear the balance due.

Many people are experiencing challenges stemming from the COVID-19 pandemic. You may contact Pennyrile Allied Community Services (PACS) 270-265-5422 to inquire about any assistance that may be available through Healthy at Home Utility Relief Fund.
