The City of Elkton Planning Commission has received a request from Howard & Jeanie Haley LLC to rezone approximately 1.49 acres of Parcel # 071-22 located on South Main Street from R-3 Multi-Family Residential District to B-2 Neighborhood Commercial District.
A Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, July 2, 2024 at 6:00 PM at Elkton City Hall, 71 Public Square, Elkton, Kentucky, to consider this request. All comments, either oral or written, will be given consideration.
