Mayor Arthur Green recently presented a Proclamation of Appreciation to Bryan W Blount for his many years of service on the Elkton Planning Commission. Former Elkton Mayor Blount also served twenty-one years on the Planning Commission from 1985-1989 and then again from 2007 until his resignation in January 2023. Mr. Blount has served our community in so many positive ways and we all appreciate and thank him for his service!
