The Elkton Volunteer Fire Department is raising funds to purchase a Bin Rescue Agri-Vac 3510, a critical piece of equipment used to rescue individuals trapped in grain bins.
Grain bin accidents happen fast and are extremely dangerous. Without the proper equipment, rescue efforts can be delayed, putting lives at risk. The Agri-Vac 3510 allows first responders to safely and quickly remove grain, reducing pressure on the victim and greatly increasing their chances of survival. This specialized tool is designed specifically for agricultural rescue situations and can mean the difference between life and death.
