We are deeply saddened at the loss of Patsy Wheeler. Patsy was a dedicated employee for the city of Elkton, serving as Assistant City Clerk in the Utility Department from May 1999 until January 2012. In recent years, Patsy also volunteered to serve on the Elkton Board of Adjustment. She was not only our co-worker, she was our friend. And, she greeted everyone entering City Hall with care and always did her best to make Elkton a better place to live. Our heartfelt condolences go out to Patsy’s family and friends in this difficult time. Patsy will be greatly missed by our community.
