The City of Elkton, Kentucky has declared the property located at 106 North Main Street, Elkton, Kentucky surplus property and will offer it for sale, as is, under sealed bid. TO make an appointment to see the property or any other questions about the property for sale should be directed to Elkton City Hall at 270-265-9877. Bids should be sealed and clearly marked “Sealed Bid North Main Property” and should be mailed or presented to the Elkton City Clerk at Elkton City Hall, 71 Public Square, PO Box 578, Elkton, KY 42220 between the office hours of 7:30 am and 4:00 pm by Monday, December 7, 2015 at 3:00 PM local time. The City of Elkton reserves the right to accept any bid, to reject any or all bids, and to waive any technicality or informality in bidding or bids received, where such acceptance, rejection, or waiver is considered to be in the best interest of the city.
