At the Elkton City Council meeting held on Monday, December 10, 2018, City Council member Danny Laster presented an award to outgoing City Council member David Haley thanking him for his service. Also, City Council member David Powell presented outgoing Mayor Jackie Boyd Weathers with an award thanking her for her leadership over the last four years.
