September 16, 2008 – Governor Steve Beshear announced today that the City of Elkton, Kentucky has been awarded a $196,000 Transportation Enhancement Grant to install new sidewalks, curb and gutter and improve drainage on South Streets Avenue.
June 2, 2010 – The City is currently in the engineering selection process and expects to bid construction of this project in the fall.
Updated September 2010 – The City has contracted with DBS and Associates Engineering, Clarksville, TN for design and construction phase services for this project. Design phase is currently underway.
