3. Resolution 2015-6 – AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO MAKE APPLICATION(S) FOR AND, UPON APPROVAL, TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH THE KENTUCKY OFFICE OF HOMELAND SECURITY (KOHS)
