Due to the threat of storms and heavy rain, the city of Elkton is rescheduling the official trick-or-treat times in the city to Tuesday, October 30, 2018 from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm. We also recommend all Elkton residents and businesses reschedule their Halloween events to this time as well.
