On behalf of the City of Elkton Beautification Committee, the city would like to recognize and thank Mr. Richard Taylor of 602 West Shelby Avenue for the many years he has setup the beautiful Christmas lights display at his home. So many people in our community love the display and enjoy it every year. The Beautification Committee decided this month they would like to say thank you and recognize him for the spectacular display and has awarded Mr. Taylor $30.00 in Todd County Chamber of Commerce gift certificates. Thank you Mr. Taylor for bringing so much joy to our community!
