Customer Notification System

Starting March 7th, 2024, late notices for delinquent bills will no longer be mailed. Instead, an advanced notification system will efficiently inform customers of outstanding balances, while also extending its use to keep the community informed about various services, events, & garbage pickup schedules, fostering a more connected & informed community.
There will be a letter included with your January utility bill that will need to be completed & sent back to City Hall in order to update your preferred contact method. Please choose ONE preferred method of contact: voice calls, text messages, or email and provide an updated phone number & email address.
You are more than welcome to mail the letter back to us, drop it off in our night drop, or bring it in to us at City Hall. If you have any questions, please contact us at 270-265-9877.
