ELKTON-TODD COUNTY PARK CLOSING TO LIMITED ACTIVITY

Effective today March 31, 2020, the Elkton-Todd County Park will be closed to all activity. The exception to this closing will be citizens may continue to use the park for walking activities.  Social distancing must always be used, if you are in the same household together you may walk together.

As requested by the Governor; the County Judge and Elkton Mayor has been monitoring the park and due to the failure to maintain social distancing we are closing the park.  If you wish to take your takeout meal from local restaurants and park your car and eat in the car you may do so.

It is our wish that all of our citizens will stay safe, continue to wash your hands, cover your sneeze and cough, maintain social distancing  and be healthy at home.  We also ask that you only go to Tennessee following the Governors Executive Order.

Park closed by joint action of Todd County Judge Executive Todd Mansfield and Elkton Mayor Arthur Green.
