Trick-or-Treat times in Elkton have been set for Monday, October 31st from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM. The Elkton Police Department will be out and about during this time passing out free glow bracelets to children trick-or-treating in the area.
The city of Elkton is also sponsoring a free movie night during the Community Trunk or Treat event that will be held at Todd County Central High School on Thursday, October 27th. Trunk or Treat and other activities will be held from 5-7 pm with the city of Elkton sponsoring free cookie decorating for the first 250 participants. Then, bring a chair or blanket and enjoy a free outdoor movie showing Hocus Pocus starting at 7 pm.
